North Bay, a city in northeastern Ontario to launch Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot
The City of North Bay is slated to launch the Provincial and Northern Immigration Pilot within another couple of weeks. The Provincial and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) is a community-driven program planned to empower little communities to advantage from the commitments of economic immigration by giving potential candidates with a pathway to a permanent residence. The program is intended for skilled foreign specialists who wish to work and live in one of the participating communities.
The RNIP is planned to connect outside workers with employers confronting work deficiencies in small Canadian communities. Each community is chosen for its size, area, business openings, and capacity to assist newcomers to settle.
Once the North Bay location is online, it'll be conceivable for candidates to submit applications and for employers to post work offers. A qualified offer of permanent full-time business in one of the taking part communities is required and only candidates who get a community referral through the RNIP may apply for permanent residence in Canada.
In addition to North Bay, the following participating communities are already accepting applications:
- Sudbury, Ontario
- Timmins, Ontario
- Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario
- Thunder Bay, Ontario
- Brandon, Manitoba
